Delivery Service Terms
- Orders placed before 5pm, using the Special delivery service, will generally be delivered between 9am and 5:30 pm on the next business day. Please allow 28 working days for some items.
- Please allow 28 business days for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
- Where delivery is likely to be delayed for more than ten working days we will e-mail or call you, to confirm an anticipated delivery date.
Please Note
- You should ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If you would like the driver to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a place you feel is safe (e.g. on porch), you can leave a signed and dated note for the driver. Once delivered to your instructions, you will be responsible for the goods.
